A person is considered to be suffering from a medical condition that hinders their ability to drive when the nurse or doctor treating them writes a report indicating that they are unable to safely drive or that they do not plan to drive again. This report may be used by the DMV to impose restrictions on the driver's license or suspend or revoke the driver's right to drive.
To obtain a valid licensed driver's license you must provide documents that verify your identity and address. Those documents must be official and current.
